Denotation The texture of the background is looks rough. Connotation According to this the area the boy is in a poor state and this is telling us that people that live there is in poverty. Analysis This makes the audience was to help the people so urgently because of the way the boy is looking at us. Denotation The way the background is structured it stands out and the shoes sticks out really attractive. Connotation According to this the shoe it self stands out and the end of the shoe shows us how fast we can go if we wear them. Analysis This makes the audience want to buy it to look cool.
