Audience power essay learner response

Mathusan-
WWW- Your blog is very impressive as you have managed to keep on top of all the work and do all your homework. I think that you sometimes struggle to get the concepts when we learn them in class so I would make sure you take care to read the blog after each lesson and re-read the notes so that you can revise the terminology and make sure you are confident with each new theory. You use all your own words which shows a real effort.
Your actual essay is a bit vague with detail and is lacking media language (use your glow words to help you) but your attention on the question is very good and you focus well on the task in hand.
EBI- Your introduction is not saying anything other than you are going to talk about advantages and disadvantages – what you need to do is write another introduction and include actual examples of these advantages and disadvantages – talk about how kids can see information and material that is inappropriate for them, cyber bullying, trolling etc. Talk about positives too such as being able to access more choice.

LR- Redo your introduction and you need to look back over the blog and identify any missing areas – you need to analyse a film poster (one of the earlier tasks) and you have not published your work on reception theory (last homework given). Please try and use media terminology more.

I strongly agree with this statement. From the late 20th century to the present 21st century, the media has played a significant role in our lives. Providing a form of entertainment, education and escape. I also agree because now the consumers can also get so see what the producers can see.
