1) What stereotypes of women can you find in the 1950s and 1960s adverts? Give specific examples.  The stereotypes of woman that I can find in the 1950-60s adverts is that women stay home and do the cleaning jobs at home and not do anything else. men has all the power whereas women don't and women mostly care about their appearance this is because their aim is to attract men. Women are treated like a pet to men and they are just to pass the time.      2) What stereotypes of women can you find in the post-2000s adverts? Give specific examples. In the Chanel advert I can see that nowadays women don't need men to make them look attractive. Tatler: case study blog task

General Watch this trailer for BBC's Posh People - a documentary about Tatler, the oldest magazine in Britain. 1) Based on the trailer, what type of people produce and read Tatler? Consider demographics and  psychographics. Middle class and upper middle class people read Tatler. People who are rich buys these type of magazines and read them. These people either has a good job or they are from a rich family for e.g members of the aristocracy(people who owns big houses) and educated people.  2) Look at the  Tatler Media Pack 2018 . Go to page 2: how does the editor introduce the magazine? "A FABULOUSLY  TARGETED, SENSATIONALLY  ACCURATE RIFLE SHOT TO THE  VERY RICHEST READERS IN THE  COUNTRY." Exam case studies: Learner response blog task

WWW- Good understanding of the 4 key concepts in relation to both of the case studies. Strong on understanding of convergence. Some good level of detail at times (but watch your written English is accurate, please.) EBI- Attention to detail / basics, for example it is Tomb Raider NOT Tomb Raiders! Proof read your work to make sure it is all in full sentences and makes actual sense. You need to build on your understanding by adding more detail e.g you say in KK that being an A list celebrity gives people a ‘brief’ idea of who you are. Is ‘brief’ the right word? Narrative means plot / story. There are a lot of characters you can role play as so give examples. You have not read the articles and answered the questions about them.   LR- If you don’t understand a question, do not miss it out!
